Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering in-person tax preparation and advisory services. You will engage with customers, help grow the local client base, and leverage marketing support to build a thriving community presence.

The role is non-exempt, onsite, and part-time (~20 hours/week) with opportunities to expand. Strong tax knowledge, PTIN, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state tax returns per tax season using professional software.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Onsite work at TurboTax location in the U.S., 20+ hours per week,

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow local client base and foster long-term relationships.
