Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice while engaging with customers face-to-face in a retail setting.

You will act as a trusted advisor, grow the local client base, and support marketing initiatives to build lasting relationships in the community. A strong tax background and excellent customer service are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsabilités

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to convert them into clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and client-focused service.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base with community outreach and collaboration with marketing.
