Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, assisting customers with tax questions and in-person return preparation. You will deliver hands-on tax services and help grow the local client base.

As a trusted advisor, you will build long-term relationships, provide personalized tax guidance, and represent TurboTax in a friendly, professional manner in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN from IRS to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and provide future planning advice.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and partnerships.
