Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support to customers, becoming a trusted local advisor.

You’ll lead outreach to attract new clients, build long-term relationships, and contribute to community growth with marketing support and TurboTax tools. Flexible hours, with at least 20 hours weekly, in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must have or obtain State licenses, certificates or bonds as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 returns prepared per tax season.
• Comfortable working onsite, 20+ hours per week, weekends included.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted TurboTax advisor to in-person clients at a retail location.
• Provide full service tax return preparation and advice.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through community engagement and referrals.
