Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site team at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will assist in-person customers with full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building relationships with the local community.

These year-round, non-exempt roles require at least 20 hours per week, weekends included. You’ll leverage tax expertise and marketing resources to grow the client base, deliver exceptional service,

Qualifications

• Active EA or CPA license with tax preparation experience.
• Must hold PTIN to file taxes.
• Excellent customer service and ability to explain tax concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Proactively represent TurboTax in local communities and attract clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare tax returns for customers.
• Deliver exceptional service and build long-term customer relationships.
