Intuit is seeking energetic on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while serving as a trusted advisor in the local community.

You’ll grow the client base, deliver personalized service, and leverage TurboTax resources to help customers maximize refunds and financial outcomes.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and growing the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers across simple to complex scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients and the local community.
