Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks motivated individuals for year-round TurboTax Retail Expert roles at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will work on-site assisting customers with full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support. You will grow TurboTax’s client base in your local community, establish long-term relationships, and provide a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to Intuit’s policies.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certifications.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Interest in building local social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual EN/ES a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally and in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
