Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You’ll provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to clients in person.

You will grow the local client base, foster relationships, and contribute to a thriving community presence with marketing support and tools. Non-exempt, onsite hours start at 20 per week, with flexible weekend coverage in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must maintain state licenses or permits as needed.
• Three+ years of paid tax return preparation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan taxes.
• Deliver accurate solutions using government resources and team expertise.
• Build local client base and foster long-term relationships.
