Job summary

Intuit Inc. invites applications for TurboTax Retail Expert roles at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This position combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

You will work on-site and provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, serving as a trusted advisor while growing the local client base and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Must be comfortable working onsite 20+ hours per week in a TurboTax retail or flagship location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base within local community and build long-term relationships.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help clients achieve financial goals.
