Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, serving as trusted tax advisors to customers in the community.

You will prepare taxes, provide tax advice and software support, and help grow the local TurboTax client base while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This non-exempt retail role requires working on-site with flexibility to meet market demand.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license preferred.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes and qualify for state licenses.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Comfortable working onsite at TurboTax retail/flagship locations, 20+ hrs/week.
• Willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and outreach.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via available tools.
• Support customers with tax planning, deductions, and software use.
