Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will assist customers with tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and support software tools while engaging with the local community.

This role emphasizes growing the customer base through proactive outreach and delivering a best-in-class experience in a front-facing retail setting. Weekend availability and a professional appearance are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be required or obtainable.
• Minimum of 3 years handling 1040 tax returns using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, weekends and at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Be the proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally and in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers, including deductions and planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, building long-term relationships and trust.
