Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software/product support to in-person customers, while growing local clientele and strengthening community ties.

Must be onsite and available Sundays as needed. You will leverage tax expertise, marketing support, and TurboTax tools to build a thriving local practice and long-term relationships

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Ability to file taxes for individuals and small business.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, including Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Provide full service tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist local community with tax education and outreach to grow client base.
• Deliver exceptional in-person customer experiences and build long-term relationships.
