Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full‑service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships and driving community engagement.

This on-site role emphasizes excellent service, tax expertise, and a proactive community presence. The position requires working on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, with a non-exempt

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front facing retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador representing TurboTax locally and as a public face in the community.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert prospects into long‑term clients.
• Lead and participate in local marketing efforts to make taxes accessible and approachable.
• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Utilize government resources and professional tools to deliver accurate tax solutions.
• Create an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine interest in clients' financial goals.
• Build long‑term trust and multi‑year relationships with clients.
• Interact with customers in person and via Intuit's video tools.
• Address client inquiries and help resolve tax-related challenges.
