Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to assist customers in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support in a friendly, on-site setting, helping clients achieve positive financial outcomes.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred
• PTIN required by law to file taxes
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per tax season using professional software

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, front-facing retail setting
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and marketing support
