Job summary

Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance to clients in a local TurboTax location across the United States.

You will work with a team of tax professionals to deliver end-to-end services, including business and personal tax scenarios, and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning resources for year-round prosperity.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location; 20+ hours/week with 8–5 schedule.
• Willing to training and wear uniforms as required.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Experience with holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Serve as community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for integrated solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships to turn one-time clients into year-round partners.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience using TurboTax tools and resources.
