Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for individual and business clients. You will be embedded in a TurboTax location, partnering with a team of specialists to cover a complete financial picture for each client.

You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, delivering a best-in-class experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per tax season.
• Willingness to upskill into related services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience in meetings.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
