Intuit is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location in Illinois. You will serve both in-person and virtual clients, collaborating with specialists to address personal and business tax needs.

You’ll grow the local client base, engage the community, and leverage Intuit resources to offer seamless, end-to-end tax services and year-round support.

Qualificações

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal/state returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by linking clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver best-in-class customer experiences both on-site and virtually.
