Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location in the United States. The role emphasizes client relationships, local growth, and onsite collaboration with a broad team of specialists.

You will engage with both in-person and virtual clients, guide them through complex tax scenarios, and leverage marketing support to expand the local client base.

Qualifications

• Experienced tax preparers with knowledge of personal and business returns.
• Enrolled Agent/CPA/Attorney preferred with PTIN held.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
