Intuit is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services for TurboTax clients. You will collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions, drive local growth, and build long-term client relationships in your community.

You will handle personal and small business tax scenarios, provide planning advice, and use Intuit tools to ensure accurate filings. This role requires onsite presence and a strong service mindset.

Formación

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas
• Must work onsite 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00
• Willing to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms
• Residency within the United States

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future planning
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and partnerships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end service
• Engage with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools
