Role emphasizes staying onsite, building a local client base, and delivering a seamless end-to-end customer experience with strong tax knowledge and relationship skills.

Qualificações

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax prep experience (30+ returns) using professional software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
