Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation and expert guidance in new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work onsite, collaborate with specialists, and build long-term client relationships while driving local growth and community engagement. The role requires hands-on tax preparation, strong advisory skills, and the ability to connect with clients in-person.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00–17:00, at least 20 hours/week, with peak-period scaling.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal/business scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships; drive loyalty.
• Connect clients with core Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with cross-team collaboration.
• Engage with clients in-person and via TurboTax tools to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
