Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and help clients navigate complex situations while growing the local client base and connecting customers with the full Intuit ecosystem of services. This role emphasizes in-person and virtual client engagement, community outreach, and a strong, service‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Training and development required by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising materials.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and marketing support.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in client meetings and engagements.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location and engage with clients in person and virtually.
