Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering hands-on tax preparation and personalized advice to individuals and small businesses.

You will collaborate with a team of tax professionals and use Intuit tools to connect clients with related services while growing the local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years handling 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week and complete required training.
• Willing to wear uniforms and represent Intuit publicly.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex returns.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience with clear, personalized tax guidance.
