Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in Minnesota. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while connecting clients with Intuit’s broader tax and advisory services.

You will build a local client base, host community events, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end, personalized tax solutions. This role is onsite, with flexible hours to meet seasonal demand.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or attorney with tax expertise and PTIN required.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax preparation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.
