Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients with tax preparation and advisory services. You will partner with a broader team covering bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver end-to-end solutions in the local community.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, nurture relationships, and leverage marketing tools to build a thriving practice while helping clients achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week.
• Must be willing to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms for advertising.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure seamless, end-to-end client support.
