Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, providing hands-on tax preparation and expert advice for personal and business needs.

You will collaborate with a broader team to deliver end-to-end service, grow the local client base through outreach, and support customers year-round using Intuit tools. Training and on-site work hours are emphasized.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
