Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to join us onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States year-round.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare complex and simple returns, and connect clients with Intuit experts across bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services. You’ll grow a local client base and deliver a best-in-class customer experience through friendly, personal guidance.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and broad tax knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and upskilling in related services.
• Comfort working onsite, 20+ hours/week; completion of training and dress code.
• Willing to build local and online presence; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, personal and business.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and respond to inquiries in-person and via video tools.
