Intuit Inc. seeks dedicated Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation, expert guidance, and end-to-end TurboTax support.

You will collaborate with a team of tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists to deliver a complete financial picture for each client. You’ll grow a local client base, represent TurboTax in the community, and leverage Intuit resources to offer year-round service and education.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns/season with professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Open to upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location, 8:00–17:00 local time, at least 20 hours/week.
• Complete training and development as required; uniforms and branding use may apply.
• Desire to build local and online presence; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador, growing the local client base and engaging with partnerships.
• Guide clients through the Intuit ecosystem, connecting them to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build relationships to convert one-time clients into long-term relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and assist with tax planning and education.
