Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support to individuals and small businesses. You will remain with clients through their tax journey, collaborating with specialists across the Intuit ecosystem to ensure a seamless experience.

You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and help customers achieve financial goals through community engagement and top-tier service.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to complementary services across the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
