Job summary

Intuit seeks Tax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the U.S. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advisory services, and software support, handling personal and business scenarios while connecting clients to Intuit’s broader offerings.

As a trusted local advisor, you will grow client relationships, attend community events, and deliver a seamless end-to-end TurboTax experience with strong product knowledge and customer service.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and brand presence.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
• Engage with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools to resolve tax challenges.
