Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and in-person/virtual client support at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work closely with a team of financial specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services, client education, and solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services while building trust within the local community.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney credentials preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax office location in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base and build long-term relationships in the community.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and online engagements.
