Intuit Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation, provide expert guidance, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping individuals navigate complex personal and business tax scenarios and grow a local client base. You will collaborate with a team of financial professionals, engaging with clients in person and virtually, with a focus on delivering end-to-end tax solutions and a superior customer

Qualificações

• Must have PTIN and 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location in the United States.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem to connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
