Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide expert tax advice and full preparation at a TurboTax location.

You will collaborate with specialists on business and personal tax needs, and help clients manage complex scenarios—from W-2 filings to retirement and investments—while delivering a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience. As a local ambassador, you’ll grow your client base, organize community events, and leverage Intuit tools to build trusted relationships.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with extensive tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 30+ federal and state Form 1040 returns per tax season using professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 8am–5pm, 20 hours/week.
• Willing to training and uniforms; ability to build community presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing tools.
• Connect clients with Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Build lasting relationships that turn one-time clients into multi-year partners.
