Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at designated locations across the United States. You’ll partner with specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions for individuals and small businesses, combining tax expertise with community engagement.

The role emphasizes hands-on client meetings, local growth, and access to Intuit resources, with a focus on delivering a best-in-class customer experience and year-round support.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours weekly, 8:00–17:00 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Act as a bridge to services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships.
