Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, offer expert advice, and coordinate with a broader team of specialists to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

You will grow the local client base, foster relationships, and use Intuit tools to connect clients to related services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and planning, while delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid 1040 returns filing with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into services like bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Engage with local community; grow client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and other Intuit services.
• Build long-term relationships by delivering a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and guidance in person and via video tools.
