Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax preparation and advisory services at on-site locations across the United States. You’ll guide clients, expand the local client base, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences.

This role emphasizes staying onsite, building relationships, and leveraging Intuit resources to support clients through complex tax scenarios and year-round planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week; 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Must complete required training and wear company uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base and build long-term relationships in the community.
• Assemble client financial pictures and connect them to Intuit services.
• Engage in local events and marketing activities to raise brand awareness.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual meetings.
