Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site Local Service Experts at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice and full service return preparation for personal and business taxes, while growing a local client base and collaborating with Intuit specialists for a seamless customer experience. This role involves onsite work with flexible hours, a focus on community engagement, and opportunities to expand

Qualifications

• EA, CPA or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• At least 3 years handling 30+ 1040s per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax rules.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns, including complex cases.
• Identify deductions, review required data, and plan for future taxes.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to serve clients end‑to‑end.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in person and virtually.
