Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare tax returns, advise clients, and grow the local TurboTax business on-site at a neighborhood location. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver comprehensive tax solutions and exceptional customer experiences.

The role emphasizes community engagement, ongoing training, and using Intuit tools to build lasting client relationships while offering year‑round support for personal and business tax needs.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships; act as local ambassador.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
