Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location, providing hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and seamless client service. You’ll be the local contact, building trust and guiding customers through tax scenarios with clarity and care.

You will collaborate with a team of professionals, grow your local client base, and connect clients to the full Intuit ecosystem—bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services—to deliver year‑round value.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base via outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via Intuit video tools.
