Qualifications

• Active CPA/EA or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Must hold a valid PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid tax returns prepared using professional software.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax office location for 20+ hours/week.
• Willingness to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through targeted outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with tax advisory teams to offer holistic services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, both in person and virtually, with clear, personalized guidance.
