Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to individuals and small businesses, collaborating with a team of specialists.

You will grow the local client base through community outreach, events, and partnerships while delivering a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience. Training and uniforms are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Active professional credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) preferred and PTIN on file.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience with professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Comfortable working onsite, 20+ hours per week, with required training.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional standards.
