Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at our TurboTax locations. You will serve clients in person and virtually, handling personal and business scenarios while coordinating with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services.

You will also grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and leverage Intuit tools to tailor offerings. This is an onsite role with a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Seasoned tax preparers with 30+ federal/state returns per season using pro software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite role with hours 8:00–17:00 local time, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable with name usage for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Link clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and virtually.
