Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and collaborate with specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience for clients. You’ll also grow the local client base, engage with the community, and help clients navigate personal and business tax scenarios.

Qualifications

• Tax preparation experience with professional software preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting relationships by understanding each client’s financial picture.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
