Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full-service tax return preparation and expert guidance to both in-person and virtual clients.

You will collaborate with a team of tax professionals across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to provide an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences and cross-sell related services.
