Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support for both in-person and virtual clients, while helping customers navigate their tax needs.

You will act as a community ambassador, grow the local TurboTax client base, and collaborate with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end service.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with Intuit training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location during posted hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan taxes.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
