Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, working on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and expert advice, while coordinating with specialists to deliver end-to-end support for personal and business taxes.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 20 hrs/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base via outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
