Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals for year-round TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at new TurboTax locations across the United States. The role involves on-site tax preparation, expert advice, and collaboration with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and leverage marketing tools to build long-term relationships, with a focus on providing personalized, clear tax guidance.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office Monday–Friday 8:00–17:00 for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete all required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions including bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and professional service both in-person and via video tools.
