Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, working on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, offer expert tax guidance, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless client experience.

You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and participate in community outreach with marketing support from TurboTax.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA licensing preferred and PTIN required
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ federal/state returns per season)
• Familiarity with professional tax software and Circular 230
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations
• Act as a community ambassador, building local client base through outreach and marketing initiatives
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem tools (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma)
• Develop long-term relationships by delivering holistic tax advisory services
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions
