You will work on-site with a team of financial professionals, provide tax preparation, planning, and software support, and help grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach and personalized service. This nonexempt, on-site role supports customers in person and virtually, with a focus on building

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state tax returns.
• Experience with professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in meetings.
• Work onsite at TurboTax location 20 hours per week.
