Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax - Local Service Experts at a U.S. TurboTax location.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support onsite, while coordinating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You will be the local face, grow the client base, and help customers achieve positive financial outcomes through a seamless Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA preferred with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
